Salient Features

• Our Fume Cup-Boards shall be operating with low noise i.e. less than 70 db
• Our Fume Cup-Boards are available with appropriate Blower/Impeller to exhaust the fumes


• The maximum Fume Suction Capacity would be 1200 Cubic Feet per Minute. However, Variable Air Volume Fume Hoods shall be made appropriately for Air-conditioned Laboratories.


• Ducting – Suitable Polypropylene (PP GEL) ducting with FRP lining, Flanges, Elbows, etc are provided based on the type and velocity of fumes to be extracted out.


• Working surface of the Fume Hoods is Black Granite of thickness 19-20 mm


• We shall provide single or double doors for the Fume Hoods balanced with suitable counter/sash weights, wire ropes and pulleys


• Suitable modular of various sizes shall be arranged at the bottom of the Hoods for enabling storage of chemicals, re-agents and other useful materials. If LPG cylinders are to be kept at the bottom, provision for the same also can be given.


• Suitable amenities like electrical outlets, light fittings, sink with water taps, valves, etc., shall be provided to suit customers’ requirements


• The material of construction for the Hoods shall be Electro Galvanized Iron sheets (duly Epoxy powder coated) or Stainless Steel or PP/FRP depending upon the requirement and the budget


• We are having the expert personnel into our fold for providing suitable scrubbers (optional) and as per the requirement of Pollution Control norms.


• We provide Air Velocity Meters in the Fume Hoods to check the temperature/pressure of fumes exhaust system


• The required number of Brass/Copper Valves for Air, Water, Nitrogen, Outlet, Vacuum, etc., are provided on the specific requirement of customers


• Our Fume Cup-boards are performance guaranteed for 12 months and we shall visit our customers on regular intervals to monitor the efficiency of the Fume Cup-boards
